Penelope Cottontail

This is the fifth eBook that I have created. I had so many requests for this design, that I decided to offer the instructions. In this presentation, I will discuss the supplies that you will need, how to prepare the overalls for appliqués, how to make ruffles for the hem of the overalls, and how to appliqué. I will walk you through how to create our cute “Penelope Cottontail” overalls! Even if you do not make this exact pair of overalls, the following instructions will teach you the basics for creating a design of your own.

For the sample pair of overalls, I purchased all of my fabric at Wal-Mart except for the white and yellow chenilles. The chenilles are available at fabric stores such as Hancock’s and JoAnne’s. They are also available on-line on e-bay or at ChenilleMagic.com.
