This is the second eBook that I have created. I had such wonderful feedback and success with the first one, that I decided to offer an instructional eBook with a seasonal theme. In this presentation, I will discuss the supplies that you will need, how to prepare the overalls for appliqués, how to make ruffles for the hem of the overalls, and how to appliqué. I will walk you through how to create our cute “Li’ Pumpkin” overalls! It is a simple design that makes an excellent beginner project. Even if you do not make this exact pair of overalls, the following instructions will teach you the basics for creating a design of your own.

For the sample pair of overalls, I purchased all of my fabric at Wal-Mart except for the white and yellow chenilles and the orange Halloween print. You can use any Halloween print with your overalls. It would even look cute with a solid orange ruffle instead of the print. The chenilles are available at fabric stores such as Hancock’s and JoAnne’s. They are also available on-line on e-bay or at ChenilleMagic.com.
